Health and safety

Safety built into every one of our operations

At Groupe MBI, health and safety are not simply requirements to meet. They are an integral part of how we plan, supervise and carry out every project.

We apply high standards to provide our employees, clients and partners with work environments that are safe, compliant and efficient. Every intervention is prepared rigorously, taking into account the risks specific to the site and the realities encountered in the field.

Our OHS approach

Proactive health and safety management

Preventing risks

Risks are assessed before and during the work to quickly identify situations that could compromise crew safety.

Supporting workers

Our crews are supported directly in the field so that safe work methods are understood, applied and adapted.

Measuring our performance

Rigorous tracking of our OHS indicators allows us to evaluate practices, spot trends and target priority actions.

Continuously improving

Our processes evolve based on field observations, results achieved and industry best practices.

In the field

An active, hands-on presence

Prevention advisors who support crews every day

Prevention depends above all on an active presence and a good understanding of site realities. Our team of prevention advisors works directly with crews and supervisors.

Depending on the nature, scope and requirements of the project, a prevention advisor can be assigned to the site to provide daily follow-up and respond quickly when conditions change.

A true culture of prevention

Health and safety depend on everyone’s commitment. Every worker, supervisor, manager and prevention advisor plays an essential role in identifying risks and putting lasting solutions in place.

We encourage open communication, vigilance and the active participation of our crews. Safety is built into every decision rather than treated as a separate step of the project.
